The Stryker HeartSine US Pediatric-Pak (#11516-000004) is for use with patients under 8 years old or weighing less than 55 lb (22 kg). This pediatric device ensures that the appropriate energy levels are used for CPR with young children.

The HeartSine US Pediatric-Pak is a cartridge pack that is inserted into the back of the HeartSine device. It contains two electrodes and a battery for administering up to 60 shocks or 60 hours of monitoring. If the power falls to ten shocks or less available, the HeartSine samaritan PAD will emit beeps.
