Mechanical repairs/cosmetic maintenance
ÔÇó All defective parts and covers are┬árepaired or replaced
ÔÇó Monitor cart is disassembled and repainted or retouched as needed
ÔÇó X-ray tube removed and inspected for artifacts and internal integrity
ÔÇó Image intensifier removed and inspected for any imperfections and grid integrity
ÔÇó Camera removed, cleaned and tested
ÔÇó Casters removed, cleaned and/or replaced
ÔÇó All bearings are inspected, cleaned and re-lubricated, or replaced as needed
ÔÇó Control panel display is tested and replaced if necessary
ÔÇó All locks and brake assemblies are inspected, cleaned, and repaired or replaced as needed
ÔÇó A complete set of operator and service manuals are provided

Re-assembly
ÔÇó┬áAll components sent to C-arm┬áreassembly area for rebuilding
ÔÇó CRT monitors installed in┬ámonitor cart
ÔÇó Monitor cart rebuilt, II, tube,camera and casters re-assembled

Testing/calibration

ÔÇó X-ray generator high voltage tested
ÔÇó Maximum dose rate is set in┬ácompliance with government regulations
ÔÇó CCD camera calibrated to OEM┬áspecifications
ÔÇó X-ray beam is aligned for each┬áfield size
ÔÇó C-arm is tested for current leak-age requirements
ÔÇó All monitors are aligned, resized, centered and focused
ÔÇó All monitors are adjusted for┬ábrightness and linearity
ÔÇó Video system is optimized for gray┬áscale and resolution
ÔÇó All power supplies are tested and calibrated or replaced asnecessary
