AED Placement Support: Assessment of your AED needs, with recommendations for AED locations around your facility that comply with the AHA "3 Minute Response Time" guideline.

Medical Authorization: Heart Safe Wrap Around will acquire a prescription for your LIFEPAK 1000 and provide ongoing medical oversight.

State Registration: With each state having different legislation on AEDs, this program helps complete any paperwork, registration, or notification for local EMS systems.
On-Going Program Readiness Support

Heart Safe Central: Software tracks all your LIFEPAK 1000 components, with electronic reminders, tracking locations for other equipment, and AED implementation templates.

Device / Supply Tracking: You will receive updates from an online tracking management system on when electrodes or batteries will expire, as well as maintenance reminders.

Training and Dedicated Account Support, plus Premium Account Support: A dedicated team of certified experts to answer any questions, review training, and overall manage your account.

Auto Supply Replenishment: Replacement consumables, such as batteries and electrodes, will arrive 30 days before the previous ones expire.
Post-Use Services

Data Download Check and Clinical Review: Get assistance in downloading device data for review after an incident. An AED Usage Medical Report will be compiled and sent to local medical authorities, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Device Check: A factory-certified technician will check that your AED is still in good working condition after an event.

Post-Event Supply Replenishment: The technician will also replace the used electrodes and battery after an event.

Hero Program: Emotional stress is a normal reaction to these emergency scenarios, and professional counselors can be sent to your site to provide post-event counseling to participants within two business days of the incident.
