The Dymedix TriplePlay FM2 Airflow Filtration Module - Embla┬á(#FM-201) provides one output and uses a more expanded frequency filtering approach by allowing some of the more faster frequencies provided by PVDF technology into the waveform. In addition to Apnea and Hypopnea events, more subtle changes in the airflow signal often associated with flow limitation and UARS are easily identified. This airflow filtration module is compatible with Embla PSG systems.

The U.S. made FM2 Airflow Filtration Module - Embla is intended for use with Dymedix TriplePlay disposable or reusable polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) airflow sensors. PVDF film is sensitive to both temperature change and pressure and is the fastest signal transmitter in the sleep sensor industry (1,000 times faster than a traditional thermistor). This product complies with American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) technical specifications.
